Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Fit Mantra, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Fit Mantra Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Fit Mantra and use the services.
Service: refers to the service provided by Fit Mantra as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

You: a person or entity that is registered with Fit Mantra to use the Services.
Refund, Cancellation and Transfer:
Fit Mantra does not provide refunds on any service or products. If you terminate your membership you will not receive a refund for the period in which you have used the membership. You are financially responsible for the package membership fee until you notify Fit Mantra that you are terminating your membership. If you are unable to attend, a substitute person in the family is welcome at no extra charge. Cancellations received on three day in advance from the date of program start, will incur 50% charge of tax inclusive rate. The company regrets that no cancellations will be accepted after the start date; however, a credit note will be issued. (valid for three month) if inform and approved by Fit Mantra.
Multiple discount offers cannot be combined.
Fit Mantra reserve the right to vary the program and dietitian.
Fit Mantra reserves the right to reject registrations.This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India.
